Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, experience in social media design, and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content for client campaigns, designing presentations for sales pitches, and working closely with both the creative and sales teams in London and Dublin to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1.​ Social Media Design

• Design and create engaging social media posts and assets for client campaigns across various platforms.
• Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

2.​ Pitch Deck Design

• Design visually appealing and professional presentations for sales pitches. ○​ Incorporate creative mockups to demonstrate concepts and campaign ideas effectively.

3.​ Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with creative and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for campaigns and pitches.

4.​ Tools and Software

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality assets.
• Create and edit designs in Canva as needed for various projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• ​ Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment.
• ​ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media posts and presentations.
• ​ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• ​ Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
• ​ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ​ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within teams.
• ​ Creativity and enthusiasm for generating fresh, innovative ideas.

Nice-to-Have:

• ​ Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
• ​ Proficiency in Figma.
• ​ Familiarity with social media trends and analytics.
