• Fri: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (CET)

Job Overview:

As a Meeting Coordinator at Three Folders, you will be instrumental in driving our client engagement efforts. You will focus on generating qualified leads, managing CRM data, and developing effective outreach strategies. Your role will be pivotal in booking interviews, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads for clients using multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, etc.).
• CRM Management: Ensure efficient data management and build effective outreach sequences for lead engagement.
• Sales Development: Book interviews for clients with qualified target market leads and maintain accurate reporting on leads and sales activities.
• Partnerships and Growth: Attend coach webinars and growth sessions, network with business groups for strategic partnerships, and stay updated on new software and features.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Daily: 6 interviews booked
• Weekly: 30 interviews booked
• Monthly: 120 interviews booked
