RSR KOSOVA LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative for Laboratory Devices.
As a leading provider of cutting-edge laboratory devices and equipment, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that support healthcare professionals in their diagnostic and research efforts. We are looking for a driven sales professional who can effectively communicate the value of our laboratory devices to our target audience and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for laboratory devices.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the features and benefits of our laboratory devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide ongoing customer support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biology, engineering or medical technology is preferable.
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably in laboratory devices or related healthcare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license and proficiency in the English language are required for this position.
