Job Description: Mechanical Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to support and optimize the operation of specialized industrial machinery such as Press Machines, Hammer Mills, and Drying Ovens. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting these machines, contributing to the efficiency and quality of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily operations of press machines, hammer mills, and drying ovens.
• Analyze machine performance and implement technical improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical system issues in collaboration with the technical team.
• Configure machine parameters according to production requirements and material type.
• Ensure continuous production flow with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with machine operators for technical training and best practice implementation.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Document breakdowns, interventions, and machine technical parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment with machines such as press machines, hammer mills, and drying ovens.
• Technical knowledge of industrial machinery operation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software (preferred) and basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with operators and management.
• Familiarity with machinery safety standards in industrial environments.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
