We are seeking an experienced Materials Control Specialist to join our team. This role involves administering production and inventory control, verifying incoming materials for accuracy and quality, and ensuring proper documentation and tracking of all assets.

Location: ITBM Logistics, Dobrotin (Gracanica), Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time

Duties and responsibilities:

• Physically inspect and verify incoming parts, materials, tools, and equipment for quality and quantity compliance with documented specifications.
• Generate item codes using the Item Code Tracker and process received items into receiving forms, trackers, and asset management systems.
• Coordinate with the Property Department to generate New Item Sheets for all received assets, facilitating tagging and subsequent processing such as distribution and storage.
• Manage outbound shipments to other company sites and remote locations, ensuring accurate items and quantities are shipped following established procedures.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to conduct inventory updates, locate item codes for unidentified items, and reintegrate them into the system to maintain accountability.
• Conduct cycling and 100% inventory checks as per company procedures, updating inventory tracking systems accordingly.
• Organize bin locations and ensure proper and safe warehousing practices for all materials and property.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in materials control, inventory management, or similar roles.
