Marketing Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities:

·       Understand the business objectives, brand and competitive landscape.

·       Work directly with the Managing Director to determine the scope of each project and come up with innovative ideas in line with the company standards and current trends.

·       Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels.

·       Propose, develop and manage marketing research projects to generate client insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.

·       Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and social media that attracts and converts its target groups.

·       Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

·       Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing;

o   Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.

o   Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

·       Excellent English language writing, editing and proofreading skills.

·       Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

·       Receptiveness to feedback, highly-organized and detail-oriented.

·       Proactive and can work on their own initiative.

·       High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
