Marketing Manager

Job description:

• Creation of annual marketing plans and promotions
• PR: Communication with local media representatives, informing the public about cinema news by sending press releases (films, premieres, weekly program, Cineplexx events, special offers, etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of media contact database;
• Preparing and supervising the production of all printed and digital materials in cooperation with the designer;
• Conception and implementation of existing events (Ladies/Men’s night, Family day, premiere, etc.) and creation of new events;
• Search and communication with local partners in order to secure partnerships and promotions in the cinema; arranging cooperation with local companies in order to ensure partnership and promotions in the cinema
• Communication with distributors — planning promotions and ordering materials
• Local market analysis and competition monitoring;
• Preparation and implementation of seasonal and special promotions and partnerships in the cinema in coordination with the International Marketing Manager;
• Keeping records of completed marketing activities and reporting
• Management of the approved annual marketing budget;
• Coordination, motivation and team management;
• Maintaining the Cineplexx brand and image on the local market;

Necessary conditions and qualifications:

• Adequate experience in marketing and PR activities, based on qualifications and positions, minimum 3 years;
• Knowledge of the media and commercial market and experience in working with the media and partners;
• Experience in the development and implementation of marketing/media plans and strategies, in order to achieve pre-defined goals;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Strong abilities to organize work and working hours, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once,
• Leadership skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing;
• Necessary knowledge of the English language; minimum B2 level
