Job Title: Marketing/E-commerce Specialist (Junior to Mid-Level)

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing/E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices, with a proven ability to drive online sales and engagement. This role will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives with a focus on our online presence and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management:

• Assist in managing and optimizing our online store (Shopify) including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Analyze website data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, search engine optimization).
• Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Other:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials and collateral.
• Provide support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (eg Shopify).
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Experience with SEO/SEM.
• Graphic design skills .
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
