Job Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing and Digital Advertising Manager to help us create and run campaigns that bring in great candidates for our clients. You’ll work closely with our in-house graphic design team and external marketing partners to come up with fresh ideas and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan Campaigns: Come up with creative ideas and strategies to attract top talent.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our designers and external marketing partners to bring campaigns to life.
• Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for clients, handle their requests, and manage any issues that come up.
• Stay Organized: Juggle multiple campaigns and client needs while keeping everything on track.
• Measure Results: Look at how campaigns perform and tweak them to get better results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone creative who loves coming up with new ideas.
• Experience planning campaigns, especially for recruitment or hiring.
• Knowledge in digital advertising, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other similar platforms
• Great communication skills to keep clients happy and informed.
• The ability to manage different projects at the same time.
• Experience in recruitment, hiring, or similar fields is a big plus.
• A team player who enjoys working with others.
• Proficiency in English
