Job Overview:
HumanPower is looking for a proactive and client-focused Marketing Account Manager with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, managing their recruitment marketing campaigns and ensuring effective execution of their strategies. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to create and implement marketing solutions that drive client success in attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, content, email).
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing solutions.
- Client Presentations: Present marketing strategies, progress reports, and results to clients in a clear and compelling way.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities, sharing insights that could benefit client strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Recruitment industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, tools, and CRM software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes: Client-focused, highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- English is a must and other languages will be considered a high advantage.
