Everett Sky is looking for a qualified and experienced Management Accountant to join our team on-site.

You’ll be working closely with senior leadership and supporting our internal teams with timely, reliable financial data and guidance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Preparing statutory accounts and supporting audit processes
• Handling tax calculations, payments, and financial reporting
• Managing reconciliations across multi-entity structures
• Overseeing cash flow forecasting and payment schedules
• Leading and mentoring junior finance team members
• Reviewing and improving accounting processes for cost efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Understanding of modern accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Xero – or similar)
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
