We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to assist our existing crew members within our maintenance department. The Maintenance Coordinator’s responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance and liasing with service providers. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be able to think on your feet.


  • Assisting all inbound calls, text messages, emails, and all other social media interactions
    regarding maintenance issues.
  • Transitioning work orders and keeping in touch with the property owners, tenants, and technicians to fix any maintenance issues.
  • Handle maintenance emergencies via phone and other channels.
  • Negotiate quotations with technicians and property owners.
  • Schedule assessments and repairs.
  • Follows up on work order progress.


  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer care or similar roles.
  • Ability to stay calm and stressed when customers are stressed.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from the office.
