British American Tobacco Kosovo has an exciting opportunity for a Logistic Coordinator in Prishtina, Kosovo

We are looking for the Logistic Coordinator in our office in Prishtina! We are in need for someone with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented approach and high ethical values. Since you would be providing services and advice on a daily basis, interpersonal skills are an essential requirement!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Follow the imports of Company’s invoiced sales, Customs clearance process for Kosovo and Banderols Management (forecast, ordering as per production plan, reconciliation, banderols/export import) and reporting to customs authorities in monthly /yearly bases.
  • Be aligned and updated with the actual legislation and new coming laws.
  • Ensures stock takings and stock control in our warehouse, running sales and operational planning documentation, and responsible for standardization, health and other tests with Customs, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Agricultures.
  • Provide information on production plan and imports plan and chair the Demand Planning Meeting.
  • Preparation of Demand Forecast, Volume performance and Forecast Accuracy files for the Demand Planning meeting, as well as cash forecast, and follow up the payments/credit limit for Kosovo market, registration of deliveries, sales stock with field force.
  • Provide input on volumes and sales target, monthly sales reports, monthly upload of production and volume forecast in SAP system.

What are we looking for? 

  • University degree (preferably Economics, Finance)
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Dynamic, open-minded, ready to self-develop person and ability to manage time limits and deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, problem–solving, organizing, interpersonal and communication skills
