Job Title:

Lawyer – Contracts & Employment Law Full-Time | Prishtina, Kosovo

Position Overview:

Oxford Legal Group is a new law firm based in central Prishtina. We are looking to hire a fully licensed and experienced lawyer to lead our client work in the areas of contracts, employment law, and commercial advisory. You will work directly with clients, both local and international on matters including employment agreements, freelance contracts, NDAs, non-solicitation clauses, and dispute resolution. This is a full-time, client-facing legal role with strong growth potential and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review employment contracts (including international agreements)
• Create and manage freelancer/contractor agreements
• Draft NDAs, non-compete, and non-solicitation clauses
• Advise clients on employment law issues and dispute risks
• Maintain clear, practical legal communication in Albanian and English
• Manage your own client files and relationships
• Contribute to building a modern, business-oriented legal practice
• Bring in new clients over time and receive a share of revenue from those engagements

Requirements:

• Licensed lawyer, registered with the Kosovo Bar Association
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in contracts or employment law
• Strong working knowledge of Albanian and English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail and professional autonomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
