For the structural development and the lead of our launch management at our new production site in Pristina / Kosovo and the location of our company in Erkrath, we are looking for a

Launch Manager (m/w/d) – Based in Pristina / Kosovo

You can expect these tasks

• Implementation and industrialization of series projects at plant level
• Transfer of the products and production equipment from the development site to the series production site
• Interface management between production specialists, process and quality engineers and colleagues from the workshop
• Planning of series production and target completion (quality, costs, and deadline)
• Responsibility for timely creation, maintenance, and content of the P-FMEA
• Recalculation of production costs and improvement of the production proces
• Coordination and support of the installation and commissioning of machines and systems in coordination with production management and external service providers
• Support in setting up a production site in Eastern Europe

These are your skills

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Five years of professional experience in the field of production, industrial engineering, or project management in the automotive industry in combination with strong business knowledge
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems with a focus on quality and results
• Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally – particularly to Germany and Tunisia
• Written and spoken Albanian and English or Albanian and German. French is an advantage.
