Junior Node.js Developer

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, performance, and scalability.

– Writing reusable and efficient code.

– Revise, update, refactor, debug code, and improve the existing codebase.

Who are you:

– You have a keen understanding of programming principles.

– You excel in coding in ES6 and using NodeJS.

– You deliver high-quality code by using programming paradigms (namely functional programming).

– You have hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL is preferred).

– You have a thirst for learning.

– Knowing designing solutions that are scalable is a big plus.

Technologies and libraries that you will be using:

– NodeJS

– MySQL

– Bookshelf.js, Knex.js

– Containers (Docker)

– Git, Bitbucket
