What do you need to be a part of our team?

• English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)
• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 – 23.00
• Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania & Prishtina, Kosovo)
• Hiring Position – Junior Data Analyst  

A Junior Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights into business operations. In this role, you will assist senior analysts and management in identifying trends, presenting findings, and making informed decisions. You will be responsible for collecting and manipulating large sets of data, creating reports, and collaborating with departments across the organization. A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of analytical projects.
• Conduct research and collect data to support analytics initiatives.
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings to clients and team members.
• Help maintain and manage technical resources and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions to complex business problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative background.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
