HLB Kosovo, part of the global HLB International network, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Auditor to join our growing team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on international audit assignments, supporting global clients and gaining invaluable cross-border experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Support international audit teams and participate in cross-border engagements.
• Perform audit testing, collect and analyze data, and prepare working papers.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis of client accounts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across borders.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance services (internships also considered).
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel and adapt to international environments.
