Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in analyzing and implementing innovative solutions while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to cutting-edge projects that leverage AI and blockchain for business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure to no-code AI platforms (e.g., Replica, Cursor) and completion of relevant AI/blockchain courses (e.g., Coursera). 
• Assist in researching, analyzing, and implementing AI and blockchain-based solutions.
• Support the development and optimization of machine learning models and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Work with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana).
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Solidity, or Rust for AI and blockchain-related tasks.
• Assist in data analysis, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, problem-solving initiatives, and team discussions.
• Document findings, workflows, and implementation strategies for internal reference.

Qualifications/Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: 
• Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Interests:

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, blockchain principles, and decentralized systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning, smart contracts, and data processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana).
• Exposure to no-code AI platforms (e.g., Replica, Cursor) and completion of relevant AI/blockchain courses (e.g., Coursera).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
