Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking IT professional with a passion for cloud technology, automation, and continuous improvement. • Deep knowledge in cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop IT infrastructure with a focus on virtualization and network technologies
• Administer VMware vCenter and Proxmox environments
• Manage network infrastructure based on Ubiquiti and Dell systems
• Operate and maintain storage solutions (HP Nimble, Synology)
• Support and integrate Azure VMs and Azure AI services
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, E3 Security, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Active Directory, license servers, and user permissions
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for internal users
• Create and maintain IT documentation
• Support information security, including:
• Collaboration with external SOC for monitoring and incident response
• Participation in security audits
  
• Implement and maintain IT security solutions (Sophos, OPNSense, OpenVPN)
• Oversee backup strategies (Acronis CyberProtect, Veeam)
• Manage certificates and SMIME email encryption
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, VLANs, and hybrid systems
• Administer Windows servers, RDP environments, and Linux systems
• Operate monitoring tools (PRTG, syslog servers, NinjaOne)
• Manage web servers (NGINX, Plesk) and Docker containers
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, PHP/MySQL)
• Drive digitalization and automation of IT processes
• Ensure compliance with legal email archiving standards
• Participate in IT projects and workflow optimization
  

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in relevant IT areas
• Confident with both Windows and Linux systems
• Strong expertise in virtualization, networking, and IT security
• Experience with SOC monitoring, incident response, and ideally TISAX
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and IT automation
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• High level of personal responsibility and analytical thinking
• Committed to continuous learning and development
