IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing prioritized projects, such as transitioning CRM systems, facilitating technical integration between systems and rolling out strategic new launches;
• Engaging with management and executives to drive execution and prioritization;
• Analyze trends and create ideas for growth;
• Create clear delivery plans for high-value, cross-functional projects;
• Develop escalation paths to effectively remove obstacles.

Job requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant program/project management experience;
• Extensive experience with IT Project Management administration, reporting, and analytics
• Excellent English executive-level verbal and written communication skills;
• Highly organized; experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results;
• Familiarity with common project/program management principles and Agile frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Experience in energy, climate, or sustainability industries;
• Experience working in an international environment;
• Experience with Salesforce system implementations.

Further details:

• Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia and Kosovo
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina local time)
• Indefinite contract
