Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team and lead our information technology initiatives across our offices in Kosovo, Macedonia, and Albania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, network administration, cybersecurity, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement and maintain efficient IT systems to support our growing business operations, including providing support for our remote employees to ensure they have the necessary technology and infrastructure to work effectively from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across all office locations for smooth functionality.
• Develop and implement IT policies ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead hardware, software, and cloud services selection, deployment, and maintenance to optimize efficiency.
• Provide technical support to both onsite and remote employees for timely issue resolution.
• Manage equipment inventory and stock to ensure availability and efficient usage.
• Capability to engage with clients regarding their requirements and technological necessities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in network and system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in IT management, preferably in a Startup multi-location environment.
• Experience with implementing PCI or GDPR compliance.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to travel to our various office locations.

Further details:

• Full Time: 40 Hours per week
• On-site position working with US teams based in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
