Role Overview 

As the IT Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the IT roadmap, ensuring all restaurant and back-office  systems are optimized, secure, and scalable. You’ll lead a team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional  departments, franchise partners, and global teams to ensure technology drives growth and enhances customer experience. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of IT systems and Digitalization projects; 
• Monitor IT systems performance to assess cost levels, productivity, and provide recommendations for IT  infrastructure improvements; 
• Assist in defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes; 
• Maintain technical documentation and interact with other IT service providers; 
• Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategies with business goals. 
• Forecast and report costs of replacing or installing technological products and equipment; 
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and processing information; 

Who Are We Looking For? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. 
• Experience in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sector is highly desirable. 
• Excellent project management skills; 
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills; 
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. 
• Good knowledge of English; 
• People with amazing ideas who love to smile.
