Position: IT Junior
Location: Pristina

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Junior to join our IT team in Pristina. In this role, you will support the IT infrastructure, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT systems, networks, and devices.
• Support the IT team in troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring system stability.
• Monitor and update IT documentation, including hardware/software inventories and user guidelines.
• Collaborate with the international IT team to implement company-wide IT policies and solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and propose improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Excellent English language skills (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• German language skills are a plus.
