Job Overview:
The IT Technician supports and ensures a proper functionality of the IT tools in the field and for people working from home. They provide providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Tasks
- Support the work-from-home agents to resolve their
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks in the office but also in the
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding on time to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
The profile we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or relevant
- Ability to travel around Kosovo
- Proven experience as an Help Desk Technician or other similar roles
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must
