Position Overview:

We seek an experienced IT Administrator to lead our IT initiatives across Kosovo, Macedonia, and Albania. The ideal candidate will excel in system and network administration, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include managing remote devices, supporting employee onboarding, and ensuring effective technology for our growing operations. Strong English communication skills and experience with Western clients are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the deployment of hardware, software, and cloud services, including onboarding employees and managing equipment inventory.
• Provide technical support to onsite and remote employees for timely issue resolution.
• Manage remote laptops and devices through a centralized database, ensuring accessibility and control over the IT infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with clients, particularly from the US, UK, and other countries, addressing their technological needs and coordinating with their IT departments.

Requirements:

• Proficient in network and system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in IT Administration, preferably in a Startup multi-location environment.
• Experience with implementing PCI or GDPR compliance.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Capability to travel to our various office locations.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 18:00 PM.
• On-site position working with US teams based in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.
