Bazuar në nenin 8 të Ligjit të Punës, Seksionin V Pikën 3 (c) të Rregullores së KEK-ut Sh .a, dhe nevojave të paraqitura për plotësimin e disa vendeve të lira të punës në Divizionet e KEK-ut, Divizioni i Burimeve Njerëzore, më 22.05.2023 publikon shpalljen për pozitat e mëposhtme:

Inxhinier te makinerisë (27 kryerës)

Qëllimi dhe fushëveprimi i vendit të punës:

• Është përgjegjës për mirëmbajtjen makinerike te sistemeve te punës operative konform standardeve te punës dhe rregulloreve te brendshme dhe për zbatimin e metodave te avancuara tekniko-teknologjike ne procesin e punës dhe përmirësimin e tyre ne baze të përvojës dhe specifikave te pajisjeve, ne sektorët e gjenerimit te energjisë dhe prodhimit te qymyrit
• Bartësit e këtyre vendeve te punës i përgjigjen Udhëheqësve të njësive gjegjëse ku ai caktohet ne atë Departament te atij divizioni dhe bashkëpunon me inxhinieret tjerë me përvojë me qëllim të ngritjes së njohurive profesionale të tij .
• Merr punët nga Udhëheqësi i Njësisë ku aktualisht është i përcaktuar dhe përpunon UP me ndërlikushmëri të lartë dhe të mesme tekniko teknologjike në bashkëpunim të ngushtë me inxhi përgjegjës.
• Bashkëpunon edhe me kolegët e tjerë të Departamentit për realizimin me sukses të punëve që ka marr për sipër.
• Përcjell dhe merr pjesë në hartimin e listave defektuese gjithnjë në bashkëpunim të ngushtë me inxhinierin përgjegjës.
• Obligohet për zbatimin e metodave të avancuara tekniko teknologjike për aq sa lejojnë kushtet ekzistuese. Punon dhe përpunon dokumentacionin teknik në formë elektronike (“Auto CAD).
• Mban përgjegjësi për punët e kryera nga ana e tij. Është i obliguar ta ruaj sekretin afarist.
• Zbaton dhe respekton rregullat e mbrojtjes dhe sigurisë në punë sipas rregullave dhe ligjit në fuqi . I kryen dhe i zbaton të gjitha detyrat dhe obligimet të tjera që i urdhërohen nga eprori i tij.

Kualifikimet

• Përgatitja superiore – se paku Bachelor i makinerisë drejtimet : Konstruksioneve, prodhimtari dhe termoenergjtike, Inxhinier i diplomuar i makinerisë- drejtimet : Konstruksioneve, prodhimtari dhe termoenergjtike / Master i makinerisë drejtimet : Konstruksioneve, prodhimtari dhe termoenergjtike
• Përparësi niveli Inxhinier i diplomuar i makinerisë drejtimet : Konstruksioneve, prodhimtari dhe termoenergjtike / Master i makinerisë drejtimet : Konstruksioneve, prodhimtari dhe termoenergjtike
• Përparësi me përvojë pune në udhëheqjen e punëve në lëmin e riparimeve mekanike, përpunimit dhe konstruksioneve makinerie.
• Përparësi njohja e gjuhës angleze dhe punës me kompjuter

Aplikacionet e dorëzuara pas afatit nuk do të pranohen ndërsa aplikacionet e mangëta refuzohen. Aplikantët të cilët nuk janë shtetas të Republikës se Kosovës duhet të kenë lejeqëndrimin në Kosove. Kontrata e punës për të punësuarit për pozitën e zgjedhura do të jetë 1 (një) vjeçare me mundësi vazhdimi ndërsa puna provuese 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
Kandidatët e suksesshëm do të sistemohen në pozitat e lira sipas kërkesave nga divizionet operative të KEK-ut sipas kësaj shpallje.
Ata/ato do të sistemohen në vendit të punës për 3 (tre) vite nga dita e kontratës se parë, pa të drejte ri-sistemimi.
Testimi do të bëhet në formë elektronike ashtu që vlerësimi do të jetë automatik. Procesi i testimit dhe intervistimit për kandidatët e Suksesshëm me qëllim të transparencës do të monitorohet nga kamerat.

Public Announcement

Based on Article 8 of the Labor Law, Section V Point 3 (c) of the Regulations of KEK j.s.c. and the needs presented to fill some vacancies in KEK Divisions, Human Resources Division, on 22.05.2023 publishes the announcement for the following positions :

Mechanical Engineer (27 performers)

Purpose and scope of the workplace:

• It is responsible for the mechanical maintenance of operational work systems in accordance with work standards and internal regulations and for the implementation of advanced technical-technological methods in the work process and their improvement based on experience and equipment specifications, in the power generation and coal production sectors
• The holders of these jobs reports to the Leaders of the responsible Units where he is assigned to that Department of that division and collaborates with other experienced engineers in order to increase his professional knowledge
• Receives work-orders from the Head of the Unit where he is currently assigned and processes the WL with high and medium technical technological complexity in close cooperation with the responsible engineer.
• Collaborates with other colleagues of the Department for the successful completion of the work undertaken.
• Directs and participates in the drafting of defect lists, always in close cooperation with the responsible engineer. Obliged to implement advanced technical and technological methods as much as the existing conditions allow. Works and processes technical documentation in electronic form (“Auto CAD)
• He is responsible for the work done by him.
• He is obliged to observe the commercial confidentially requirements.
• Implements and respects the rules of protection and safety at work according to the rules and the law in force. Performs and implements all other duties and obligations ordered by his superior.

Qualification

• Superior preparation – at least a Bachelor’s degree in machinery, directions: Constructions, production and thermal energy, Graduated mechanical engineer – directions: Constructions, production and thermal energy / Master of machinery directions: Constructions, production and thermal energy
• Preferential level Graduated Mechanical Engineer directions: Construction, production and thermal power / Master of machinery directions: Construction, production and thermal energy
• Advantage with work experience in the management of works in the field of mechanical repairs, processing and machine constructions
• Knowledge of the English language and working with a computer is an advantage

Applicants who are not citizens of the Republic of Kosovo must have a residence permit in Kosovo. The employment contract for the employees for the selected position will be 1 (one) year with the possibility of extension, while the probationary period will be 6 (six) months.
The successful candidates will be organized in the vacant positions according to the requirements of the operational divisions of KEK according to this announcement. They will be assigned in the workplace for 3 (three) years from the day of the first contract, without the right to re- assignment.
The testing will be done electronically so the assessment will be automatic. The process of testing and interviewing successful candidates for the purpose of transparency will be monitored by cameras.
