Your responsibilities:

• Translate invoices / Bills with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain original invoice format, layout, and content while following company standards.
• Review translated documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Effectively manage translation projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Stay informed on industry standards and terminology for quality translations.
• Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting data entries as needed.

Job requirements:

• Proficient in required languages and English, with strong written abilities.
• Proven experience in, particularly invoices, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in translation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology related to finance and accounting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of data integrity.
