International Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying market opportunities, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term business relationships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate closely with our strategy team to support global market expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Opportunities Analysis: Research and evaluate potential global markets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Research: Identify and assess potential clients and business prospects.
  • Client Contact and Acquisition: Engage with new leads, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Negotiation with Clients: Lead and support negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Results Optimization: Continuously analyze sales performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Customer Evaluation for Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Proven Ability to Drive the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from planning to closing deals.
  • Post-Sales Activities: Ensure smooth onboarding, manage client queries, and provide ongoing support.
  • Business Volume Extension: Develop strategies to increase sales volume with existing clients.
  • Strategy Team Collaboration: Update the strategy team on ongoing sales actions and contribute to new projects, market expansions, and customer acquisitions.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
