International Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a communicative and solution-driven International Pre-Sales Specialist to support our global sales eforts. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver compelling product presentations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy, build trust with potential clients, and contribute to successful deal closures across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​ Lead Generation & Scouting: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and networking platforms to identify new leads and engage potential clients.
  • ​ Client Engagement & Discovery: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold outreach, email, and phone calls. Set up appointments and discovery calls to understand their needs and challenges.
  • ​ Sales Support: Assist the sales team with creating and delivering commercial presentations, proposals, and follow-up documentation. Help manage client communications and contracts during the pre-sales process.
  • ​ Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to support sales strategies, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance client engagement.
  • ​ CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and tracking of the sales pipeline.
  • ​ Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on strategies and deliver a cohesive experience to potential clients.
  • ​ Day-to-Day Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with everyday administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining relevant sales materials.

Requirements:

  • ​ Fluent English speakers, Italian is a strong plus
  • ​ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate efectively with clients and internal teams.
  • ​ Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to identify opportunities.
  • ​ Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations.
  • ​ Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and fnd solutions.
  • ​ Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efectively.
  • ​ Profciency in CRM software: Experience with CRM tools to manage client data.
  • ​ Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
  • ​ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related feld is preferred
  • ​ Experience: Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
