Shifts:  7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri;      11pm to 8am, Sun-Thu

Our dynamic team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and safety. We are currently seeking two experienced Intermodal Dispatchers to join our growing operations team.

Job Description:

As an Intermodal Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods using multiple modes of transportation. You will ensure that freight moves efficiently from origin to destination, meeting all logistical requirements and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily intermodal operations including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of trucks.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Track and manage shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver schedules, vehicle tracking, and freight documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize transportation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a transportation dispatcher or similar role in logistics or transportation.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
