Insurance Policy and Business Support Officer
ProCredit is looking to hire Insurance Policy and Business Support Officer to join the team.
The Insurance Policy and Business Support Officer is responsible for managing, monitoring and renewals of insurance policies for private client’s portfolio. Also, is in charge for developing the internal process and maintaining relationships with clients and third parties included in the whole process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages and monitors private client’s insurance policies portfolio,
- Develop comprehensive relationship with new and existing clients who needs new insurance policy or to renew the existing insurance policy,
- Build and maintain good communication with other parties (e.g. insurance companies, other departments within the bank)
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in economics, finance, business, or relevant field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Working experience in this field is preferable.
- Good command of English language, spoken and written.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
