Royal York Property Management is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills, for our ofce in Tirana. The main responsibility of an Inside Sales Specialist is to communicate the benefts of our company’s services to pre-generated leads over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Present and promote company services to prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Analyze the territory/market’s potential with Team Lead/Manager Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience in Sales

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Sales Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from our ofce in Pristina

Compensation:

• 800 € Base Salary

Commissions:

• 4 Euros: 0-60 Attended Meeting
• 5 Euros: 60-100 Attended Meeting
• 6 Euros: 100-130 Attended Meeting
• 7 Euros: 130+ Attended Meeting

Bonuses:

• 100 Meetings Attended – 100 Euro
• 130 Meetings Attended – 150 Euro
• 150+ Meetings Attended – 250+ Euro
