Implementation Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for Implementation Engineer to join our office in Prishtina.

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-
end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This

includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting,
and a host of other operations.
A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is
headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit
group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become
competitive and efficient.

What your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide second-level customer support and collaborate with external service providers.
  • Design project implementation requirements and specifications.
  • Perform various tests using test cases and prepare corresponding documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to design new services for all customer implementation
    activities.
  • Conduct research on customer issues, document findings, and implement technical
    solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents; collaborate with customers
    to provide support for all issues.
  • Establish technical project requirements, maintain effective professional relationships
    with customers, and organize all project materials.
  • Perform routing activities required for the job.
  • Provide technical application programming for service implementations.

Skills and experience we expect from you

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related
    Engineering fields
  • Advanced level of English language (oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable of SQL, PL/SQL
  • Good attitude on learning new topics
  • Flexible and reliable on the job
  • Customer oriented and good communication skills
  • Desirable knowledge of the card industry and payment systems
  • Mastering of Microsoft Office packet
  • Desirable professional experience in banking sector
