As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking of a highly skilled HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and ensure the efficient operation of air conditioning systems, especially in high-temperature environments such as guard towers. The successful candidate will also assist in inspecting and maintaining a large number of washers and dryers, working alongside our electrician when necessary.

Type: Regular Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair air conditioning units, prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair washers and dryers, coordinating with the electrician as needed.
• Respond promptly to service orders and work orders with priority handling for urgent issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure comprehensive care of facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all personnel regarding maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Certified HVAC Technician.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to quickly diagnose and repair HVAC issues.
• Experience with the maintenance and repair of washers and dryers.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various conditions.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license.

The position offers:

• Competitive salary of €2500 per month.
