Human Resources Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong teams, supporting employee development, and driving retention initiatives that contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: create job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Lead the onboarding experience to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personnel files in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle payroll inputs, leave tracking, and respond to HR-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives through regular check-ins, feedback mechanisms, and workplace improvement programs.
- Coordinate staff satisfaction surveys and analyze results to recommend action plans for improvement.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation.
- Organize internal events and team-building activities that promote a positive and collaborative culture.
- Assist in the performance review process by facilitating documentation and tracking timely completion.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR and recruitment processes to support company growth and employee satisfaction.
- Assist, support and advise the Office Manager and CEO with respect to Human Resource matters and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven track record in supporting retention and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field (preferred).
