Job Description:
We are seeking a detail – oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations in the New York and Pristina office. This role is crucial in helping us build processes that will encompass the end – to-end procedures designed to acquire, develop, and retain a productive, engaged workforce that propels business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Updating and maintaining employee records in several systems/database
- Evaluating performance, providing continuous feedback, setting goals, and identifying areas for improvement
- Organize events to increase employee participation and communication cross – functionally
- Provide employee rewards to boost morale and inspire the team
- Maintain the work culture of the organization
- Share important and relevant information with employees to maintain transparency in operations
- Fulfill administrative responsibilities and manage the office in Pristina
- Assist on the payroll processing
- Collaborate with managers and work on performance management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international company
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
- A strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast – paced environment
