YOUR JOB

• You create job advertisements for our hostels and post them online on the various job portals.
• You carry out the first screening of the applications received.
• You conduct the first interviews with the candidates
• You carry out the in-house recruiting
• You draw up the employment contracts

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (Business Studies, Psychology, etc.)
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in HR – at least you have completed relevant internships
• We are an international company – therefore you speak English fluently, ideally also other languages
• A high degree of empathy, team spirit and respect in dealing with other people
• Flexibility, commitment and a pronounced service mentality
