Title: HR Employee Representative

Duration: Full-time (On-site)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Employee Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between employees and the Human Resources department, providing support, guidance, and assistance with various HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, including benefits, policies, procedures, and general HR-related questions.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on various HR processes, such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations issues.
  • Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to company benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance and participation.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews, pre-screening interviews, and exit interviews with departing employees.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, employee relations, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to promoting a positive work culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
  • Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 from our office in Prishtina, Kosovo.
