HR Assistant

As a HR Assistant you will be dealing with human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and are looking for a dynamic career and are ambitious to grow in this field, this is the place to be.

Duties and responsibilities

• Administer recruitment process and talent acquisition;
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as compensation and leaves and resolve any other issues that may arise;
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures;
• Undertake tasks around performance management;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates etc.;
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic copy and hard copy;
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly;
• Ensure compliance with labor law and regulations.

Requirements and skills

• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field;
• Proven experience in HR field;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Aptitude in problem-solving;
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
