Role Overview:

The HR Administrator role at our company is pivotal in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the team in various administrative tasks. The position involves managing financial and administrative aspects, representing the company in external matters, and providing administrative support to team members. Key responsibilities include document management, communication handling, and task prioritization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial, and administrative aspects of the business, ensuring compliance and maintaining internal controls and policies.
  • Represent the company in external matters for business matters as required, collaborating with senior management and external advisors.
  • Manage administrative requests that arise from the team, including payroll, financial planning, and other day-to-day operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support to team members by managing and prioritizing daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all forms of communication.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • On-site position working with US teams based in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am- 5 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina local time).
