Expectations / Duties

• Communicate with customers through email, phone, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns;
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
• Upload & arrange files;
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Skills / Requirements

• English language – medium proficiency;
• Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, research;
• Ability to use phone and computer systems;
• Motivation to work in teams;
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred;
• Customer service experience is a plus.
