Job description

MELLON Albania-Kosovo Branch, member of MELLON Group of companies is looking for a Help Desk Specialist.

You are self-motivated and are someone who shares our commitment to getting the job done. You will be part of a team who enjoy giving support to the customers and have a solution – oriented attitude.

Key requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Oriented
• The flexibility to rotate working hours with other team members is critical
• Good attitude towards new learning topics
• Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions (preferably)

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Knowledge of English
• PC skills
• Work experience is an advantage
