Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, optimize lead generation processes, and strengthen client relationships. This is a leadership role that requires hands-on experience in B2B sales, deep understanding of lead generation strategies and tools, and the ability to train, build, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building compelling sales materials, engaging potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through upselling and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and refine lead generation processes and implement best practices.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand Outsorcy’s sales reach.
- Build compelling sales presentations, proposals, and supporting sales materials to engage potential clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, present Outsorcy’s value proposition, and close deals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client retention and maximize long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance performance.
Lead Generation & Sales Operations
- Oversee and optimize lead generation tools and processes to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Implement and improve CRM usage and sales enablement tools for tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts.
Performance & Growth
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Report on key sales metrics and forecasts to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or outsourcing industries.
- Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, tools, and sales processes.
- Experience in hiring, training, managing, and scaling sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize sales performance, and implement best practices.
- Experience in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Ability to meet with clients, build relationships, and drive upselling opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling to U.S. or international enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC.
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, account-based marketing, and cold outreach strategies.
