Position Overview: This role is ideal for individuals with experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or product design who thrive in a creative and collaborative environment. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional meetings or workshops at our Pristina office as required. Whether you specialize in branding, user interfaces, or crafting compelling product visuals, we’re excited to see your creativity in action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and applications.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences (for UI/UX and Product Designers).
• Collaborate with the creative team to align designs with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Ensure high-quality output by delivering polished designs and prototypes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, product design, or a combination of these.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Ability to work remotely and attend occasional in-person meetings in Pristina as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity.
