Job Summary

 We are seeking an experienced Global IT Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Kosovo and will require travel between Kosovo, the US, and India, overseeing our global IT operations with a focus on infrastructure management, system rationalization, system migrations, and key corporate systems such as O365 and AWS. The ideal candidate will drive our IT strategy forward, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting continuous improvement in our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives aligned with our global business goals.
• Manage and optimize global IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Oversee system rationalization efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Plan and oversee system migrations and upgrades across multiple international locations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Manage key corporate systems such as Office 365 (O365), ensuring optimal utilization and security.
• Administer other critical systems such as Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures to safeguard company data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to deliver impactful IT solutions.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in global IT leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure and implementing enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS), network administration, and system integration.
• Experience with key corporate systems such as Office 365 (O365), Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous.
• Ability to travel between Kosovo, US, and India as needed.
