About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and support our U.S.-based client. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain applications that drive real business impact. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges in real-time communications, web, and cloud services, while mentoring other developers and ensuring the scalability, security, and quality of the products.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge SaaS products that optimize CRM, telephony, and sales engagement solutions.

About the client

The client is a fast-growing SaaS company building sales engagement products. Their technology optimizes the power of CRM and telephony to build relationships, drive efficiency and increase revenues.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, create, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Develop APIs, build new features, and enhance existing codebases.
• Write clean, functional code for both the front-end and back-end.
• Implement automated testing workflows using tools like Selenium or Jest.
• Lead design reviews with a focus on security, maintainability, and manageability.
• Mentor and support team members, encouraging growth and collaboration.
• Solve complex problems creatively, always prioritizing the best interests of the end users.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain new features for client products.
• Bring mockups created by design teams to life through functional and user-friendly software.
• Write automated tests to ensure seamless customer workflows.
• Test and fix bugs while constantly improving the quality of the code.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
Expertise in:

• Python
• Go
• Communication pipelines
• Rabbit
• MongoDB
• PostgreSQL
• Git

Proficiency in:

• React
• JavaScript
• CSS
  
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on production-level software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
