Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing web pages, forms, and other interactive components that align with our brand identity. You will work on creating a seamless user experience while ensuring that designs are implemented in clean and reusable front-end code. Your role will contribute to building a strong, recognizable brand presence through consistent and outstanding design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• We own three brands whose CI’s will be unified under one design language. Your responsibility will be to develop this design and roll it out across all platforms and communications, including websites and interactive tools like insurance calculators and presentations
  
• Develop front-end interfaces using HTML and CSS, (possibly even JavaScript) to ensure responsiveness and accessibility
  
• Work with developers and other team members to integrate UI components into the system.   
• Keep abreast of design trends, UX best practices, and front-end development technologies
  
• Provide innovative and creative solutions to improve user experience and usability.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in front-end development and UI/UX design.
  Development of front-end interfaces using JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
• Website development with CMS (maybe WIX, WordPress)
• Solid understanding of front-end development using HTML and CSS. 
• Ability to create clear, structured designs with a focus on brand awareness and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into functional front-end code.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in German language (better) or English language
