Sidora is looking for a Front-End Developer (x2) to join our tech/digital team.As a Front-End Developer, you will guide and establish best practices, architect code, write lots of code and lead technical documentation. You’ll be in front of the client, leading demos and collaborating with other disciplines to explain how proposed tech solutions fit significant business problems.Strong experience in web tech (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is required for this one! This role will be a significant player in developing many unique websites and web apps.

What we’d like to see:

• 3+ years of experience on a development team deploying scrum methodologies, collaborating with technologists, creatives, project managers, and strategists.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Expert knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery.
• If you’re knowing Bootstrap, jQuery, Vue.js you’re privileged
• A deep understanding of associated computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
• Experience actively mentoring junior team members.
• A hunger to seek out new technologies, industry trends, and best practices — and enjoy sharing that knowledge with others.
• A strong appreciation for design and user experience.
• Demonstrated experience making well-reasoned approaches to different animations/motions and mindful tradeoffs in regard to performance.
• Experience brainstorming ideas with the Creative team and coming up with solutions, being able to prototype them quickly to evaluate feasibility and tradeoffs and provide recommendations.
• Passionate about the ins and outs of the rendering process of a browser and being able to catch performance bottlenecks on a webpage using debugging tools.
