CMX Solutions Dooel Skopje, a leading German outsourced customer care provider with a growing presence in Germany, Macedonia, Georgia, Armenia since February 2015, is seeking a talented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this exciting role, you’ll be a key player in our financial success. You’ll leverage your financial expertise to analyze data, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making across our entire organization.

This role is responsible for the provision and analysis of, high quality financial & quantitative management information for all companies of CMX Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing company reporting suites, ensuring accuracy and integrity maintained.
• Supporting the design and development of reporting to enhance management information and analysis of the operations in Germany, Macedonia, Georgia (and other).
• Prepare analysis of income and expenditure in support of planning and forecasting activities.
• Support the management in the preparation, management and consolidation of budget.
• Assist in the development of new budgeting and forecasting tools and techniques. 
• Prepare monthly budget and forecast variance analysis with value added analysis and comments. 
• Investigate and document variances, clearly and accurately identifying and resolving any underlying problems. 
• Help develop new system-generated reports and contribute to ongoing process improvements. 
• Ad hoc tasks/project work as required by superior.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 3+ years experience on similar position
• Excel mastery – you breathe spreadsheets! 
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
